Booking Terms & Conditions
Ordering: Either order online via our website or email order to feedme@hearttoharvest.com.au. For guaranteed fulfilment, orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice (Friday for a Monday delivery). Once you have emailed, you will receive a confirmation email. While we do our best to honour orders received within 48 hours of the catering being required, we cannot guarantee orders received within 48hours will be confirmed. Please email us and place URGENT in subject line for any orders that fall within 48hours of requirement and we will do our very best to work with you.
Delivery fees:

- CBD $30.00
- 0-20km (non- CBD) $30.00
- 20 - 30km $45.00
- 30km + $50 + $1.00 per km
- Express Courier $100.00 (required for specific delivery times after 12.00pm or when ordered within 48 hour period, must be booked by 4pm the previous day)
- Warm Delivery - Email for a specific quote
Cancellations: Orders under $300 cancelled outside of 48 hours will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Orders over $300 cancelled outside of 48 hours will receive a refund minus a 20% fee ( this is to cover administration costs and purchased stock). Any orders cancelled within 48hrs of the booked requirement time will incur a charge of 75% of the total amount payable for the order (this is to cover stock and preparation costs).
Government related cancellations: If cancellation is due to Covid restrictions, please email feedme@hearttoharvest.com.au to arrange a resolution. We understand that Covid-related cancellations require immediate response and this does not always reflect in our current cancellation policies. In these situations we will consider each order individually to determine a resolution that is the most appropriate for both parties.
Food Temperature: All deliveries are made cold and are prepared to be stored in your workplace fridge until the time of consumption. If you require a warm food delivery please send through an email to feedme@hearttoharvest.com.au and we can provide you with a quote for one.
GST: GST calculated at check out or upon invoice.
Hire of Serveware: Clients are fully liable for any breakages, theft, or irreparable damage to hired items during the hire period. Invoices will be issued following the return and inspection of hired items.
